You may return most products within 14 days of delivery, provided they are in original condition and packaging. Some products may not be eligible for return due to hygiene or safety reasons. Return shipping costs may be borne by the customer unless the return is due to our error.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless quantexes S.A., its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgements, awards, losses, costs, expenses, or fees arising out of or relating to your use of our services or violation of these terms.
quantexes shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance under these terms which is due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, war, terrorism, pandemic, government actions, or natural disasters.
These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Belgium, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any legal action or proceeding arising under these terms will be brought exclusively in the courts of Belgium.
If you are a consumer residing in the European Union, you may also have the right to bring proceedings in the courts of your country of residence, and nothing in these terms affects your rights under applicable consumer protection laws.
